AED Servicing and Maintenance (including loan AED)

During a Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) every second counts. You don't want to be in the middle of an emergency when you discover your defibrillator hasn't been set up or requires trouble shooting.

This is why it is important that defibrillators are regularly monitored and maintained to ensure it's ready to go when you need it.

Service Fee of $199 excluding replacement Battery and Pads (If needed). Pads and Battery supplied at  RRP retail price.

Additional mailing fee of $50 if a Loan AED is needed during service process.

The Process:

Step 1: Pre Addressed Registered Express Post Pack mailed to customer. If customer needs a short term replacement AED while service being carried out then 'Cardiac X' will mailout one out in step one.

Step 2: Customer places AED into post pack mailed to 'Cardiac X'.

Step 3: Cardiac X carries out service, maintenance and replaces Battery and Pads if needed.

Step 4: AED then mailed back to customer in Registered Express Australia Post Pack and loan AED is returned to 'Cardiac X' if needed.
